What's covered
All our products include the legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the consumer protection regulations applicable in your country of residence. This covers faults present at the time of delivery that appear during normal use of the product.
What's not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or use of the product against the manufacturer's instructions.
How to make a claim
If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, contact us at miguelangelrnm@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault and, if possible, photos or a video. We'll review your case and get back to you with the next steps.
Resolution
Depending on the case, we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund, following the criteria established by the applicable consumer protection regulations.
