1. Seller identification
This website (the "Store") is operated by SOUNDAQUSTIC ("we", "us" or "the Seller"), with registered address at Avenida de Cristóbal Colón 60, 13200 Manzanares, Ciudad Real, Spain, Tax ID [Tax ID], and contact email miguelangelrnm@gmail.com.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, as well as the purchase of audio products (headphones and accessories) offered through the Store. By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these terms.
3. Products and prices
All products are described as accurately as possible, including photographs, technical specifications and price. Prices are shown in euros (€) for customers in Spain/EU, and in US dollars ($) for customers in the United States, and include applicable taxes for the corresponding market unless stated otherwise. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.
4. Purchase process
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart and completes checkout by following the indicated steps. After the order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent with the purchase details. The sales contract is understood to be completed once the customer receives that confirmation.
5. Payment methods
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal and other verified methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through certified payment providers.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, available in the store's footer. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (strikes, customs incidents, force majeure).
7. Right of withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed conditions can be found in our Return Policy.
8. Warranties
All products include the applicable legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the regulations applicable in the customer's country of residence.
9. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the products, nor for those caused by force majeure circumstances.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of SOUNDAQUSTIC or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorization is prohibited.
11. Data protection
The processing of customers' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the store's footer.
12. Changes
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection rules based on their country of residence.
