Shipping Policy

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through SOUNDAQUSTIC and describes the terms under which we process, ship and deliver the products purchased on this website.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Order processing times are separate from, and additional to, shipping transit times.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for Spain, 7–14 business days for the rest of the European Union, and 8–15 business days for the United States, counted from the shipping confirmation date. These are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date; SOUNDAQUSTIC shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs procedures, strikes or force majeure events.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight/volume of the order, and will be clearly displayed to the customer before payment is confirmed. Free-shipping promotions, when active, will be indicated at checkout.

5. Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

6. International shipments, customs and duties

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country, in accordance with local regulations. Such charges, when applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are outside SOUNDAQUSTIC's control. SOUNDAQUSTIC recommends customers check the import regulations of their country before placing an order.

7. Order tracking

Once an order ships, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email including, where available, a tracking number to monitor the status of the delivery.

8. Incorrect delivery information

SOUNDAQUSTIC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete.
