Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with the consumer protection regulations applicable in the European Union. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to exercise your right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us — SOUNDACUSTIC, Avenida de Cristóbal Colón 60, 13200 Manzanares, Ciudad Real, Spain, email miguelangelrnm@gmail.com — of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory to do so.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Condition of the goods

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We recommend keeping the original packaging, accessories and labels until you are certain you wish to keep the product.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery, nor to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
